Scallops from Farm Field Table

1 pound scallops
3 cloves garlic, minced or grated
Drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
Crushed black pepper

Heat your grill to medium-high heat.   Toss the scallops, in a grilling basket, with the rest of the ingredients until opaque throughout.   This takes about 5 to 6 minutes depending on scallop size.
